SSLTrust support is first rate. They assisted me with each issue I faced from the start of ordering a code-signing certificate through to actually receiving the certificate. I couldn't have hoped for more prompt support. I wish there were more Australian IT companies, and that have this level of care for their customers. Highly recommend to anyone needing such services.

Excellent and efficient customer service. We urgently required an EV codesigning certificate. SSL Trust assisted us after hours on the day we made the application (Thursday), company verification was completed the following day and the token arrived the following Wednesday. We were also provided with technical assistance with accessing the user portal and setting up the token. The experience was immeasurably more efficient than our previous experience purchasing an EV codesigning certificate from a supplier based outside of Australia.

We have ordered an code signing certificate from SSLTrust. Validation was a bit tricky in our case (because of reasons not related to SSLTrust), so had to contact support. The service was exceptional and just a local phone call away. We first spoke to Paul - an experienced and knowledgeable person, who was very helpful and friendly. He then followed up with emails and kept an eye on our case, in timely manner. With Paul's help we managed to get this accomplished and get our certificate. I recommend SSLTrust for all Australian customers and will certainly use their service again.

Code Signing certificates are supposed to be hard to obtain, but with the great help and expertise of the SSLTrust team we were able to navigate the process successfully. Our company presented unusual problems for the process which had caused an attempt with another provider to fail miserably after several months. SSLTrust stepped into the breach and guided us through to a successful outcome. There communication was clear, their website easy to navigate, and their integration with CA providers was seamless.
