30 Day Refund Policy

Suppose, for any reason, you wish to obtain a refund on select products sold through SSLTrust. In that case, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of ordering, subject to our terms and conditions. We currently offer a refund on all SSL Certificates.

Payments are usually refunded through the payment method used for the order. However, suppose you wish to be refunded via another method, such as PayPal, bank transfer, or crediting your account. In that case, we are happy to try to make this happen. If you wish for a refund and any fees to us were incurred either from the payment processor or the Certificate Authority, this fee may be deducted from your refund amount (this can be up to 20% of the total amount billed). Please feel free to enquire about this. If you have configured your product, the refund will be credited to your SSLTrust account balance.

Cryptocurrency payments can only be refunded to your SSLTrust account balance for future purchases.

If 30 days from the order date have passed and you still wish to obtain a refund, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to consider it, as we can process refunds for up to 40 days in select cases. If this is the case or you are close to the 30-day cut-off period, please state clearly that you wish to process the refund and confirm your identity by stating your full name, the product, the invoice number and the order date. This is so we can fast-track the refund when it is received and do not have to confirm any request details with you. Paypal refunds are processed as soon as the request has been reviewed, which can take up to 72 hours. A bank refund can take 1-10 days, depending on bank and country.

Payment Methods

We at SSLTrust like to make it easy for you, which is why we accept all major payment methods. If a payment method you prefer is unavailable during checkout, please get in touch with us, as we may consider accepting a different method.
Currently, we accept PayPal, Bitcoin, Bank Transfer, Visa and MasterCard.


In case of a charge-back, your account could be suspended, and you could lose any rights to use SSL Certificates or any other products/services we offer. If the charge-back is considered fraud, your identity and details will be shared with the appropriate authorities to prevent you from future purchases online.
For suspended accounts to be reopened, we charge a reinstatement fee, which is $150, and all outstanding invoices must be paid.
You will also be charged any fees or costs we have incurred from the charge-back.
We will require a credit card authorisation form to be filled out and a scan/photo of your credit card front on any account that has performed a charge-back.
